The organ retrieval procedure took place on Thursday, with medical teams working meticulously to harvest multiple organs for transplantation. The donated organs included:
- Liver: Allocated to a recipient at a private hospital in Perambalur
- Kidneys: One kidney was transplanted immediately to a 54-year-old man at MGMGH Trichy, while the second kidney was allocated to a patient at Thanjavur Government Medical College Hospital
- Corneas: Designated for a beneficiary receiving treatment at MGMGH itself
- Skin: Sent to a patient at a private hospital in Madurai
