Krushna Ingle shared his remarkable weight-loss story on X, previously known as Twitter. For years, he battled obesity and related health complications. Ingle tried various methods to shed the extra pounds. He watched numerous YouTube videos, conducted extensive online research, and even sought advice from artificial intelligence tools.
These efforts yielded minimal results. Eventually, he decided to consult Dr. Sayajirao Gaikwad, a medical professional based in Kolhapur. The doctor helped Ingle implement a structured nutrition and exercise plan. The regimen focused on high protein intake and healthy fats while drastically reducing carbohydrates.
Dietary Changes That Made a Difference
Ingle committed to consuming between 90 and 120 grams of protein every day. He made several significant adjustments to his eating habits. First, he completely eliminated sweets from his daily diet. He allowed himself one small weekly treat, mixing just 10 to 12 grams of sugar with yoghurt.
His meal frequency reduced to only two substantial meals per day. After each meal, he developed a routine of walking for ten minutes. Ingle also ensured he finished his dinner at least two to three hours before going to sleep.

Alongside dietary modifications, Ingle incorporated regular physical activity into his lifestyle. He walked four to five kilometers along the beach at least four days every week. Reflecting on his health transformation, Ingle wrote about his previous struggles.
"I suffered from severe acidity problems," he shared. "Even after walking, I used to feel extremely tired. But when my weight dropped to between 78 and 80 kilograms, all those issues completely stopped."
A Typical Day of Eating
Ingle's daily meals featured protein-rich foods like fish, eggs, chicken, yoghurt, pulses, and soya chunks. He complemented these with steamed vegetables, fresh fruits, and salads. By January 2026, his weight had decreased to a range of 72 to 73 kilograms.
He now aims to bring his weight below the 70-kilogram mark. Ingle also mentioned that a friend weighing approximately 99 kilograms adopted the same routine. That individual lost four to five kilograms within just twenty to twenty-five days.

Dr. Sayajirao Gaikwad noted that Ingle's transformation extended beyond mere weight loss. The lifestyle changes led to multiple observable health improvements. According to the doctor, Ingle experienced better sleep quality and more controlled hunger cues.
