Palanpur: In the run-up to International Yoga Day, a yoga camp and common yoga protocol training programme was organised at the Banas Dairy campus.

The camp was held in the presence of Gujarat assembly speaker Shankar Chaudhary and Gujarat State Yoga Board chairman Shishpal Rajput.
Keynote Speech
Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhary described yoga as a daily essential discipline for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. He said the primary objective of the camp was to encourage participants to effectively incorporate yoga-based knowledge and skills into their daily lifestyles, thereby promoting holistic physical, mental and spiritual development.
