The Sangeet Natak Akademi in Lucknow transformed into a vibrant cultural hub on Saturday as the Kabir Festival filled the evening with enchanting music, profound poetry, and the eternal spirit of the 15th-century mystic poet. The atmosphere buzzed with creative energy as artists and audiences came together to celebrate Kabir's philosophical legacy through various artistic expressions.
Musical Enchantment and Poetic Brilliance
The festival featured multiple segments that captivated the audience throughout the evening. The session titled 'Mohabbat Ke Mayne' became particularly memorable when Vipul Rikhi mesmerized everyone with his soothing vocals and the earthy resonance of the tanpura. The audience responded enthusiastically, dancing and swaying to timeless compositions including Mat Kar Maya Ka Ahankara, Zara Halke Gaadi Haako, Ishq Mastana, and Chaap Tilak.
