Focus on Spiritual and Heritage Sites

Officials highlighted that the expanded budget has played a crucial role in the development of major spiritual centers such as Ayodhya, Kashi, and Prayagraj. The increased allocation has also boosted preparations for landmark events like Mahakumbh 2025, which is expected to draw millions of visitors.

The government aims to leverage this funding to improve infrastructure, promote cultural heritage, and attract both domestic and international tourists. With these investments, Uttar Pradesh is positioning itself as a premier destination for religious tourism and cultural exploration.
