UK High Commissioner Lindy Cameron addressed a question about US President Donald Trump's recent remarks on Greenland. She emphasized that the US remains the UK's most important security partner. The US is central to the UK's defence and security cooperation, she added.
Norwegian High Commissioner May-Elin Stener referred to the UN Charter during her remarks. She highlighted that respect for national sovereignty serves as a cornerstone of the international system. Stener reiterated the need for a lasting resolution to the Gaza-Israel conflict. She called for a two-state solution that addresses the security and rights of both Palestinians and Israelis.
When asked about differences in Western responses to Russia and Israel, Stener explained Norway's position. She said Norway expresses criticism where it believes international law and humanitarian principles are violated.

Ireland's High Commissioner Kevin Kelly observed that conflicts in West Asia and Eastern Europe are increasingly influencing domestic political debates across Europe.
