Direct Engagement with Residents

Elected representatives, including MLAs, the mayor, deputy mayor, and ward councillors, attended the camps along with civic officials and interacted directly with residents to hear their grievances. The civic body said facilities such as drinking water and fans were arranged at the camp venues, and health camps were also organised. PMC officials said efforts were being made through the Sahyog initiative to ensure quicker redressal of civic complaints and improve citizen services.
