Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is set to visit Narasannapeta in Srikakulam district to participate in the Swarnandhra-Swacchandhra programme. The district police department has beefed up security with around 1,500 police personnel deployed for the event. During his visit, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a plastic recycling machine and also interact with the public face-to-face.
Programme Details
As part of the Swarnandhra-Swacchandhra initiative, officials have arranged dust bins at shops that had been dumping waste on the roads. A clean-up program has been organized on both sides of the roads, and saplings will be planted on the road dividers. The Chief Minister's convoy will start from Jammu Junction to Satyavaram Junction in Narasannapeta town. He will interact with residents of Indira Nagar and Hudco colony and will address the public at a designated venue.
