Jalandhar Municipal Corporation Demands Railway Dues Payment by March 27
In a decisive move to recover outstanding civic charges, the Municipal Corporation (MC) of Jalandhar has issued a stern warning to the railway authorities. Under the directives of the Municipal Commissioner, a special enforcement drive was initiated on Tuesday to address long-pending water and sewerage user charges at the Jalandhar Railway Station.

During the operation, municipal officials discovered that the dues had remained unpaid for an extended period. In response, the team began procedures to disconnect the water supply and sewerage connections at the station.
