Hyderabad: Union Minister G Kishan Reddy met Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday to conduct a thorough review of ongoing railway projects in Telangana. The two ministers discussed the progress of approximately 42 major development initiatives aimed at enhancing infrastructure and improving passenger services across the state.
Key Highlights of the Meeting
The meeting focused on new projects, including the electrification of railway lines, and examined the advancement of new railway routes and high-speed rail corridors that are vital for commuters in areas surrounding Hyderabad. MMTS Train Services Expansion
Additionally, the ministers talked about the expansion and progress of MMTS (Multi-Modal Transport System) train services, emphasizing their importance for local travelers.
