Lucknow Charbagh Station Train Ops Regulated for Work

Lucknow: The Lucknow Division of Northern Railway has announced temporary regulation of train operations at Charbagh station due to traffic and power blocks required for the construction of an air concourse by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).

Block Details

According to a railway spokesperson, a complete block on platform No. 4 and a partial block on platform No. 3 have been in effect since May 15 and will continue until June 23, for six hours daily. Additionally, following a review meeting between the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Lucknow and RLDA officials, complete blocks will also be imposed on platforms Nos. 2 and 5 on Sundays and Mondays from 11 am to 5 pm.

Impact on Train Services

As a result of these blocks, several trains will be diverted through alternative routes, while a number of services will operate from different platforms. Trains affected include the Howrah-Kathgodam Bagh Express, Garibrath Express, Avadh Assam Express, Farakka Express, Howrah-Amritsar Mail, Saptkranti Express, and several MEMU and intercity trains.
