Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday handed over appointment letters to 930 Computer Operator (Grade-A) candidates selected by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. The selected candidates beamed with joy as they received their letters from the CM.
Fair and Transparent Recruitment
On the occasion, candidates termed the entire recruitment process fair, transparent and free from corruption, expressing gratitude to CM Yogi Adityanath for ensuring merit-based selection. The Yogi government has consistently emphasised providing equal opportunities to deserving and hardworking youth without discrimination. The experiences shared by the newly selected candidates reflected this commitment, with many stating that success came purely through merit and effort.
Candidates Share Their Experiences
Neeraj Pal from Lucknow said the process was conducted in a completely transparent manner, with no need for recommendation or bribery. “The only expense I incurred was the ₹400 application fee,” he said, calling the day a dream come true. Arvind Kumar from Jaunpur echoed similar views, stating that the results were declared transparently and fairly. Receiving the appointment letter from the chief minister, he said, was a moment of immense pride.
Anamika Rajvanshi from Hardoi said the selection process was free from bias and discrimination, ensuring that deserving candidates got their due. She added that such fairness has strengthened the youth’s confidence in the government system. Parv Kumar from Bijnor described receiving the appointment letter from the CM as a special moment. “Apart from the application fee, no additional expense was required. The process was entirely fair,” he said, adding that he would discharge his duties with the same integrity shown in the recruitment process.
Anshika Mishra thanked the chief minister for ensuring transparency and said she would serve with honesty and dedication. Kartik Saini termed the day memorable and assured that he would contribute to improving police efficiency using modern technologies.
