The Parshuram Economic Development Corporation (PEDC), a government welfare board established specifically for the weaker sections of the Brahmin community, has officially commenced the issuance of soft loans to its target beneficiaries. Without adequate funding, the corporation risks remaining merely a paper entity," Kulkarni asserted.
