The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs continues to oversee the scheme, focusing on finalizing urban housing units under existing funding norms and maintaining momentum toward the "Housing for All" target.
This progress report underscores PMAY‑U's role as a transformative urban development program, leveraging substantial investments and multi-faceted approaches to alleviate housing deficits and improve living standards in India's cities.
