New Delhi: An 18-year-old youth was allegedly stabbed to death following a minor collision with three teenagers near a park in east Delhi’s Mayur Vihar Phase III late Saturday night, police said.
Incident Details
According to police, the victim had gone to the park along with two friends on Saturday evening. Around 11:30 pm, while they were leaving the park, he allegedly got into an argument with three youths after a minor collision.
Police said the altercation quickly escalated, during which the victim was allegedly attacked with a sharp-edged weapon. The assailants fled the spot. The youth was taken to the hospital by locals but was declared brought dead.
Legal Action Taken
A murder case was registered and during the investigation, police apprehended three children in conflict with law (CCLs). Further investigation is underway.
