The family stated that Durgesh became extremely distressed after the police visit, fearing her son's potential arrest. "The police said if we didn't produce our son, they would take our other son," claimed her husband, Rakesh Bhargav. Over the following days, Durgesh reportedly stopped eating and drinking, with her condition worsening until she required hospitalization.
