This move provides an opportunity for candidates who remain dissatisfied with their AIBE 20 results from 2025. They can now formally request a re-evaluation of their answer sheets.

Candidates who appeared for the AIBE 20 examination and wish to verify their results are eligible to apply. To proceed, applicants must log in using their original application number and password on the official portal.

Applicants need to pay a fee of Rs 500 exclusively through online modes. The Bar Council of India will not accept any physical applications or payments made via other methods. The deadline for submitting rechecking applications is January 23, 2026.

How Results Will Be Communicated
After the verification process concludes, the AIBE 20 OMR sheet rechecking results will be sent directly to each candidate's registered email address. The BCI confirms that no hard copies of the rechecking results will be issued under any circumstances.
Background on AIBE 20 Exam and Results
The AIBE 20 examination took place on November 30, 2025. The results were officially declared on January 7, 2026. In the final answer key, the Bar Council of India withdrew five questions from each examination set.
Official data reveals that 2,51,968 candidates appeared for AIBE 20. Out of these, 1,74,386 candidates successfully cleared the examination. The OMR sheets of three candidates were not received and consequently excluded from the final count.
Upcoming AIBE 21 Examination Schedule
The Bar Council of India has also announced the schedule for AIBE 21. The examination will be conducted on June 7, 2026.
