Ajmer: Police teams from three stations in Ajmer district successfully traced six missing minors from various locations, including Madhya Pradesh, Didwana-Kuchaman district, and Delhi, and reunited them with their families.
Superintendent of Police Harsh Vardhan Agarwala on Thursday honored the teams involved in the operations for their swift and effective work.
Case 1: Three Siblings from Pushkar
In one case, a woman named Beena registered a report on April 21 at the Pushkar police station stating that her two daughters and son were missing. A police team was constituted, and acting on CCTV footage inputs, they tracked that the children had gone to Shahdol in Madhya Pradesh to meet their relatives. The team traveled nearly 1,000 kilometers and brought the children back within 20 hours.
Case 2: Two Girls from Gagal
In another incident, a case was registered at Gagal police station on April 20 reporting that two minor girls were missing from Ladpura village. Police later traced them in Padmapur village in Didwana-Kuchaman district. Authorities are investigating the circumstances under which they reached that location.
Case 3: Boy from Adarsh Nagar
In a third case, a report was registered at Adarsh Nagar police station on April 17 by Kishan Lal Gujjar, a resident of Bhawata village, about his minor son who had been missing for two days. Acting on the information, police searched multiple locations, including Meerut, and finally traced the boy in Delhi.
Police stated that investigations are ongoing to determine the reasons behind the children leaving their homes. The successful operations highlight the dedication and efficiency of the Ajmer police in ensuring the safety of minors.
