Acting on a credible tip-off, a dedicated police team led by Inspector BR Gaddekar conducted a targeted raid on a truck located near Srinagar Garden on the outskirts of Belagavi. The operation was meticulously planned to intercept the vehicle suspected of carrying contraband goods.
Upon inspection, authorities discovered that the truck was indeed involved in the illegal transportation of liquor from Goa. The driver of the vehicle was found to be operating without any valid documents pertaining to the cargo, raising immediate red flags about the legitimacy of the shipment.
Massive Haul: 7,000 Litres of Liquor in 900 Boxes
