BMW Car Catches Fire Near Begumpet Metro Station in Hyderabad, No Injuries Reported
A BMW car traveling from Warangal to Manikonda caught fire while in motion near the Begumpet metro station in Hyderabad on Tuesday night, causing a brief disruption to traffic in the area. According to officials, the incident occurred when smoke began emanating from the engine of the luxury vehicle.

Acting swiftly, the driver pulled over to the roadside, allowing all three occupants to exit the vehicle safely. This quick response averted any injuries, despite the alarming situation. Fire personnel from the Snorkel fire station rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control after a prompt response.

A fire official stated, "By the time the fire was extinguished, nearly 75% of the vehicle was gutted. We suspect the fire may have been caused by an internal short circuit." The charred remains of the BMW were later removed from the scene with the assistance of a crane to clear the roadway.
