Tragedy Strikes Kishangarh Village
A young woman's life ended tragically in Chandigarh on Thursday. Savitri, a 23-year-old domestic help, allegedly died by suicide at the residence where she lived with her relatives in Kishangarh village.
Discovery of the Incident
The distressing situation came to light when family members realized Savitri had not emerged from her room. After their repeated knocks on the door went unanswered, they grew concerned and immediately alerted the local police authorities.
Responding swiftly, officers arrived at the scene and were forced to break open the door to gain entry. Inside, they made the grim discovery of Savitri hanging from the ceiling.

The young woman was quickly rushed to the Government Multi-Specialty Hospital (GMSH) in Sector 16. Unfortunately, doctors at the hospital examined her and declared her dead on arrival.
