The deceased, identified as Yogesh, a resident of Bhikam Colony, had accompanied his friend Harsh to the home of an acquaintance named Abhay on Tuesday afternoon. Preliminary investigations by the police indicate that while examining the weapon, it accidentally discharged from Abhay's hand. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Sector 8 but, due to the critical nature of his wounds, was later referred to another medical facility in Ballabgarh.
