Raid Uncovers Fake Marksheet Racket

On Wednesday, police raided the English Education Academy (EEA) and recovered laptops, torn-up marksheets, a printer, and other materials, thereby busting an alleged fake marksheet racket. Sagar was detained for interrogation.

Police Custody and Investigation

A police source confirmed that Sagar was produced before a magistrate on Thursday and was remanded in three-day police custody for further interrogation. Police plan to investigate links beyond Dhubri, as EEA has a number of branches in western Assam districts, the source added.
