Police authorities in Hazaribag have confirmed the arrest of four persons in connection with two distinct cases of violence that erupted during Ram Navami processions in the district last week. The incidents, which occurred on Friday, led to one fatality and left another individual injured, prompting swift investigative action from law enforcement.

Details of the First Violent Case

In the initial incident, Rama Kumar Saw, also known as Rama Saw, was fatally stabbed. Saw was identified as the brother of Narayan Saw, the mukhiya (village head) of Gadokhar village. Following the attack, an FIR was officially registered against four accused individuals: Karan Kumar Yadav (18), Nitesh Kumar Yadav alias Chhotu alias Chhota Don (18), Abhishek Yadav (18), and Arun Yadav (48).

ASP Amit Kumar provided an update on the investigation, stating, "Arun, Karan, and Nitesh have been successfully taken into custody. Our teams are actively pursuing Abhishek Yadav, who remains at large."

Second Incident Under Korra Police Station Jurisdiction

A separate violent episode unfolded under the limits of the Korra police station on Friday night. In this case, Mukesh Kumar Singh sustained injuries from a knife attack. The police have arrested the accused, identified as Raju Thotha alias Pranay Kumar, in relation to this assault.
