According to the police, the accident took place around 9 am. Ravi was using a hose pipe to water the garden when the pipe accidentally touched an exposed electrical wire. He suffered a severe electric shock and collapsed on the spot. Other workers in the vicinity rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Police Investigation

The Gurugram police have registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. The body has been sent for post-mortem, and investigations are underway to determine the exact cause of the electrocution. Authorities are also examining if any negligence on part of the society management was involved.
