In a shocking incident in Gurgaon, a man was arrested for assaulting a liquor shop salesman inside his workplace in Sector 53 on Sunday. According to a complaint filed at the Sector 53 police station, the incident took place around 8 am at a liquor shop located on Golf Course Road. The complainant, Vipin Singh Rajawat, reported that two men arrived at the shop in a Toyota Fortuner with registration number HR13N3434. One of them, identified as Ronik Yadav, entered the shop and immediately began assaulting Rajawat without any provocation.
Rajawat, a resident of Dahiyapur village in Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh, alleged in his complaint that Ronik had previously misbehaved at the outlet and had demanded free beer on multiple occasions. "He forcibly entered the shop and demanded free beer. He told me that if I wanted to continue working here, I would have to give him free beer," Rajawat stated to the police, emphasizing the repeated nature of the harassment.
Police Action and Legal Proceedings
The complaint further detailed that the second accused, identified as Jun, accompanied Ronik in the vehicle and was present during the assault. Rajawat sought legal action against both individuals, citing ongoing threats and disturbances. Following the complaint, police swiftly intervened, leading to the arrest of Ronik Yadav.
