A tragic accident claimed the life of a factory worker in Gurgaon late on Sunday night. The incident occurred near Sunday Market in Sanjay Colony, sparking immediate protests from local residents.

Police reports indicate that a water tanker traveling at high speed crushed the worker. The driver quickly fled the scene, disappearing into the crowd that gathered after the crash.
The victim has been identified as Pradeep, aged 40. Originally from Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh, he had resided in Jawahar Colony for many years. Pradeep worked at a factory located in Sanjay Colony.

On Sunday evening, Pradeep finished his factory duty around 9 pm and began walking home. As he reached the busy Sunday Market area, the speeding water tanker approached from behind.
The tanker allegedly ran him over, causing severe injuries. Witnesses at the scene rushed to assist him and tried to transport him to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, Pradeep succumbed to his injuries before receiving any medical treatment.
