Police Discover Violation During Routine Check
A team from Rajendra Park police station conducted the verification exercise at the residential society. During their inspection, officers discovered six foreigners staying in a flat without proper documentation. The individuals had not provided prior intimation to local authorities about their residence.
Flat Owner Failed to Submit Required Forms
Investigators examined documents related to the flat owner and made a concerning discovery. The owner had neither informed police about the foreign nationals' stay nor filled the mandatory C-Form required under existing regulations. Police filed a First Information Report against Ashmit Grover, a resident of Dwarka, at Rajendra Park police station. Following the FIR registration, authorities arrested Grover on Monday.
