No casualties or injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred behind the well-known Shifa Hospital in Patel Market.

The fire originated in one of several warehouses in the vicinity that are used to store oil and various other materials. According to Khajrana police station in-charge Manoj Sendhav, the specific warehouse was stocked with items used for wedding processions, including pyrotechnic (pyro) materials. These volatile substances, when exposed to intense heat, began to burst, producing loud explosions reminiscent of firecrackers.
These sudden, loud noises from within the burning structure initially sowed confusion and alarm among residents and shopkeepers in the surrounding area. Many feared the situation was more severe, leading to a scene of heightened anxiety until the nature of the stored materials was clarified by authorities.
