A local court in Jaipur on Thursday sent all three accused arrested in the alleged gangrape case near Sikar Road to judicial custody, while the Test Identification Parade (TIP) remains pending. Police stated they are preparing to file an early chargesheet and assured the survivor that her identity would be protected throughout the investigation.

According to police, the incident came to light on Wednesday after the survivor alleged that she had gone to a temple with an acquaintance when three youths intercepted them. The accused assaulted the man accompanying her, tied his hands and legs, and gangraped her on Monday.
Arrests and Evidence
All three accused were arrested within hours of the incident. A senior police officer said, Our team has collected strong electronic and circumstantial evidence in the case so far. Police also recovered several objectionable photographs of women from the mobile phones of the accused, which are now being examined forensically.
Investigation Progress
The survivor's statement has been recorded, and officials are probing whether the accused were involved in similar offenses earlier. The police are working diligently to ensure justice is served.
