Following the incident, Naresh was initially taken to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Uchana, then transferred to the civil hospital at the district headquarters, and finally referred to PGIMS Rohtak, where he was declared dead by doctors. Based on Hitesh's statement, a formal case was registered at Uchana police station.
