Given the critical nature of their injuries, the doctors at the CHC referred them to the district hospital for advanced medical treatment. The body of Anil was sent for a postmortem examination, and his family has been notified of the tragic loss.
Pradeep Kumar Singh, the Station House Officer of Sen Pashchim Para police station, confirmed that a case has been registered based on the complaint filed by the victim's family. A thorough investigation into the cause of the accident is now underway.
Major Traffic Disruption
The serious collision caused significant disruption on the busy Kanpur-Sagar highway. Traffic flow was completely halted for approximately one hour following the accident.
Police had to employ a crane to remove the severely damaged vehicles from the roadway before traffic could be restored. During the clearance operation, traffic backups extended to Ramaipur in the direction of Ghatampur and to Naubasta toward Kanpur, causing inconvenience to numerous commuters.
