- Restoration of the temple believed to be at the birthplace of Lord Krishna.

Background: Court's Previous Ruling on Maintainability
Earlier, on August 1, 2024, the Allahabad High Court delivered a significant ruling by rejecting pleas from the Muslim side. These pleas had challenged the maintainability of the suits filed by Hindu worshippers. The court firmly held that all the suits were maintainable, allowing the legal process to move forward.
Furthermore, in its detailed order, the court clarified that the suits were not barred by the Limitation Act, 1991. This act prohibits the conversion of any religious structure as it existed on August 15, 1947, indicating that the claims are being considered within the legal framework.
