Details of the Incident
According to a Kurukshetra Police spokesperson, Sanjay, along with accomplices Nawab, Moti alias Akash, and Kuldeep, had recently attacked Sachin with sticks and sharp-edged weapons over an old enmity. In response, the police also opened fire, and Sanjay sustained a bullet injury to his leg.

A case has been registered against him at the Pehowa Sadar police station. The police recovered six empty cartridges from the scene, along with one pistol and two live cartridges from his possession. CIA-1 in-charge Prateek Kumar stated that the accused was involved in an assault case registered on June 20 in Pehowa. On Wednesday, Sanjay was discharged from the hospital and formally arrested.
