Madurai Police Rally Promotes Safe, Fear-Free Voting Ahead of Assembly Elections

The event, which commenced from the Armed Forces ground, was specifically designed to raise public awareness about maintaining law and order. This initiative aims to guarantee a safe and fair electoral process, with a strong focus on voter security and providing a 100% fear-free voting experience for all citizens.
Encouraging Voter Participation and Ensuring Safety
Beyond merely promoting awareness, the rally served as a powerful message to the electorate, encouraging active participation in the elections scheduled for April 23. It reassured voters that their safety is a top priority, with police efforts dedicated to creating a secure environment free from intimidation or threats. The inauguration of the rally was led by key officials, including District Collector K J Praveen Kumar and City Police Commissioner J Loganathan, underscoring the importance of this community engagement effort.
