A 24-year-old man sustained injuries after unidentified assailants opened fire in the Babu Labh Singh Nagar area of Jalandhar during the early hours of Wednesday. According to police sources, approximately two dozen rounds were discharged before dawn. The victim, identified as Rahul, 24, suffered a bullet wound to his abdomen and was promptly rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
