A chemist was critically injured after two masked assailants allegedly opened fire outside a medical store in Sector 11, Chandigarh, on Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred at Shri Kumar Medicos, where the victim, reportedly the owner, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in critical condition. Two other individuals are also said to have suffered injuries in the attack.
