In a significant crackdown on illegal arms manufacturing, Maheshkhunt police unearthed a mini gun factory during a targeted raid in the Sejua diara area of Khagaria district on Monday evening. Acting on precise intelligence inputs, a joint team from Gogri and Maheshkhunt police stations, under the leadership of SDPO Sakshi Kumari, executed the operation with precision.

Details of the Raid and Seizures

The raid resulted in the seizure of a substantial cache of arms-making equipment, including 32 machines and tools used in the production of firearms. Additionally, police recovered a misfired bullet from the site, highlighting the operational nature of the illicit facility. The accused individuals managed to flee the scene during the raid, but authorities have successfully identified them, and intensive searches are currently underway to apprehend the suspects.
