A 17-year-old minor has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old youth to death in Pinjore, Haryana. The incident took place late Tuesday evening in the Sector 2 area of the town.

According to the police, the victim, identified as Ravi Kumar, a resident of Sector 2, was attacked with a sharp-edged weapon following a heated argument over a minor issue. The accused, a juvenile, also lived in the same locality.
The police received a call about the incident around 9:30 pm. When they reached the spot, they found Ravi lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds. He was rushed to the Civil Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Arrest and Legal Proceedings
Based on a complaint filed by the victim's family, the police registered a case under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code and relevant sections of the Juvenile Justice Act. The accused was apprehended within hours of the incident.
The minor was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board on Wednesday, which sent him to a juvenile observation home. The police are investigating the motive behind the crime and have recorded statements from witnesses.
