The Madhya Pradesh High Court on Friday granted permission for a second post-mortem in the death case of Twisha Sharma. The court observed that this must be done at the earliest, as quoted by Bar and Bench.

Allegations by the Family

Twisha's family, which hails from Noida, has alleged serious lapses in the investigation. They have demanded a fresh autopsy by an independent medical board to ensure a fair and transparent probe.
