Additionally, the rider was operating the vehicle without wearing a mandatory safety helmet. Acting on his duty, Sangle signaled the rider to stop and initiated a routine check.
Upon halting, Sangle advised two of the passengers to disembark and seek alternative transportation to comply with traffic laws. He also pointed out the helmet violation to the rider, emphasizing the importance of safety protocols. However, instead of cooperating, the men responded with hostility.
