Operation Details

On Monday, the police team laid a meticulous trap near the road stretching from Chhatrapati Chowk to Narendra Nagar underbridge at approximately 6 PM. During the operation, the authorities intercepted Dhammadeep Gajbhiye, a 22-year-old resident of Bhivasankhori, Dabha, who was riding a moped along with a woman.

Allegations Against Accused

According to police investigations, Gajbhiye allegedly lured the woman into prostitution with the promise of easy money. He was reportedly involved in forcing her into the flesh trade for financial gain. The police promptly rescued the woman from his custody and ensured her safety.

Legal Action

A case has been registered by the Dhantoli police under relevant sections of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act. The accused, along with the seized property, has been handed over to the Dhantoli police station for further legal proceedings.
