According to Dr Singh's account, he received the threatening call at approximately 8:52 PM on March 30 from an unknown number. The caller, who claimed to be a strongman, demanded Rs 10 lakh from the doctor. When Dr Singh resisted the demand, the accused responded with verbal abuse and escalated the threats with warnings of dire consequences.

"Even after disconnecting the call, continuous calls kept coming from the same number, but I did not answer the phone again," Dr Singh stated in his police complaint. "The mobile number mentioned in the complaint is the same from which the threats were made."

The pediatrician has expressed significant concern about his personal safety following the incident and has demanded swift and decisive action from law enforcement authorities. The Jakkanpur police station has responded by registering a formal case and initiating investigative procedures.
