The accused has been identified as Bhupinder Kumar, also known as Babbu, a resident of the Bhagatpura locality in Phagwara. Acting on directives from Senior Superintendent of Police Gaurav Toora, and under the supervision of Superintendent of Police Madhvi Sharma and Deputy Superintendent of Police Bharat Bhushan, a specialized police team was mobilized. This team, led by Inspector Amanpreet Kaur from Police Station Satnampura, executed a coordinated operation that resulted in the successful apprehension of Kumar.
