Properties identified as illegally acquired assets

According to a police spokesperson, the attachment reaffirms the commitment of the Jammu and Kashmir Police to dismantle the drug network by targeting assets acquired through illicit narcotics trade. Both properties were attached under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act after being identified as illegally acquired assets generated through proceeds of narcotics trafficking and drug peddling.

First property worth Rs 65 lakh

The property comprises a three-storeyed residential house constructed on five marlas of land, with an estimated market value of approximately Rs 65 lakh.
