The Rajasthan Police Headquarters has announced the final results for the Constable recruitment examination for the 12th Battalion of the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (IR), Delhi. This marks the conclusion of the written examination, physical efficiency test (PET), and physical measurement test (PST) stages. A total of 84 vacancies have been successfully filled through this recruitment drive, comprising 79 Constable (General Duty) and five Constable (Driver) positions.

Next Stage: Document Verification Process

Candidates who have cleared the physical tests are now required to attend the final phase of the selection process. This crucial stage includes document verification, character verification, and a medical examination. Commandant Kewal Ram confirmed that the list of selected candidates is available for viewing. "The list of selected candidates has been uploaded on the official Rajasthan Police website at police.rajasthan.gov.in," he stated. Candidates can also check their names on the notice boards at the Commandant, 12th Battalion RAC (IR) in Vikaspuri, New Delhi, and at the Rear Headquarters in Debari, Udaipur.

The selection board conducted all assessments strictly according to guidelines. Those whose names appear on the list must bring all original documents along with self-attested photocopies for scrutiny.

Essential Documents and Certificates Required

Selected candidates must prepare a comprehensive set of documents for the verification round. The mandatory paperwork includes:

  • Educational qualification certificates.
  • Caste certificate (if applicable).
  • Permanent residence proof.
  • Date of birth certificate.
  • Character certificate from the last attended educational institution.

Additionally, candidates need to submit a marriage registration certificate, character certificates from two gazetted officers, and two photo identity cards. There are further specific requirements:

  • Certificates for special qualifications like NCC, Home Guard, or relevant diplomas.
  • Affidavits concerning dowry, number of children, marital status, criminal record, and habits related to smoking, tobacco, or alcohol consumption.
  • Government employees must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department head.
  • Dependents of deceased police personnel must provide proof of eligibility.
  • Constable Driver candidates must carry a permanent LMV or HMV driving licence issued at least one year prior to January 1, 2026.

Candidates are also required to bring ten recent passport-size colour photographs and their PET/PST admission card. The police have issued a strict warning: failure to appear at the scheduled date and time will be considered an unwillingness to join, and the candidate's name will be removed from the selection list.

The Rajasthan Police has clarified that no travel allowance or other remuneration will be provided for attending the document verification or medical examination. The specific dates and venues for this final phase will be communicated to the candidates separately through official channels.

While the department emphasized that utmost care was taken in preparing and publishing the results, it stated that the information available at the official office will remain the final and authoritative source for all purposes. Candidates are advised to rely on these official communications for accurate details regarding the next steps in their recruitment journey.
