The shooting resulted in injuries to three individuals. Akash Singh and his brother Vikas sustained gunshot wounds, along with Ravi Yadav, who is reportedly associated with Sanjay Pandey's group.

Senior Police Officer Paras Rana provided context for the violent outbreak. He explained that Akash and Vikas had been engaged in a dispute with Sanjay Pandey over ownership of a three-acre plot located in Sukurhuttu. The confrontation escalated into gunfire during discussions about this land issue.

Police records indicate that Sanjay Pandey faces multiple criminal charges across different police stations in Ranchi. These include serious offenses such as murder and attempted murder.

Investigators are also examining potential connections between Akash, Vikas, and another criminal organization allegedly operated by Sadeep Thapa. This aspect of the inquiry remains active as authorities work to uncover all relevant details.
