Acting on directions from the Sambalpur Superintendent of Police, a team from the Dhanupali police station swiftly reached the location and apprehended Khan. Investigations reveal that Arman Khan is allegedly involved in the supply of contraband in the Motijharan and Sunapali areas of Sambalpur city. Police records indicate a staggering 32 criminal cases registered against him, spanning offenses such as dacoity, robbery, extortion, drug trafficking, and illegal possession of arms. Notably, Khan was previously arrested in 2025 in a similar brown sugar case and was later released on bail, highlighting a pattern of recidivism.
