A devastating road accident near the Bade Balaji temple in Chaksu, Jaipur, has claimed the lives of two siblings and left their father in critical condition. The incident occurred on Saturday when their motorcycle rammed into a stationary tractor-trolley, resulting in immediate fatalities and severe injuries.
Details of the Fatal Collision
According to police reports, the victims were identified as Nishchal Vaishnav, 26, and his sister Kiran Vaishnav, 30. Station House Officer Manohar Lal confirmed that Nishchal died on the spot due to the impact of the collision. His sister Kiran initially survived but succumbed to her injuries later that night during medical treatment. Their father, Sheetal Prasad Vaishnav, who was also riding on the motorcycle, remains in a critical condition and is fighting for his life in the hospital.
Sequence of Events and Medical Response
The tragic accident unfolded as the trio was returning home to Chaksu from Kothun, where they had visited a relative. The collision occurred near a liquor shop in the vicinity of the Bade Balaji temple. Following the crash, the injured were first rushed to a sub-district hospital in Chaksu for emergency care. Due to the severity of their injuries, they were subsequently referred to the prestigious SMS Hospital in Jaipur for advanced medical attention. It was at SMS Hospital that Kiran Vaishnav tragically passed away, despite efforts to save her.
Post-Mortem Procedures and Final Rites
Police authorities conducted separate post-mortem examinations for the deceased siblings. Nishchal's post-mortem was performed at Chaksu, while Kiran's was carried out in Jaipur to determine the exact causes of death. In a heart-wrenching ceremony, the last rites of both siblings were performed together on Sunday, bringing the family and community together in mourning.
