Six people were killed and more than 20 others injured in three separate road accidents in Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh, Maihar and Mandla districts over the past 24 hours.
Rajgarh Accident
In Rajgarh, a truck collided with a pickup vehicle near a polytechnic college in Pachore on Monday night, killing two women and injuring 21 others. The victims, Bhagwati Bai and Avanti Bai from Mawasa village, were part of a Yadav family travelling to Barkheda in Biaora for a function when the truck hit their vehicle around 9.30 pm.
Maihar Accident
In Maihar, a father and son, Hanuman Kol (67) and Dharmdas Kol (26), both residents of Dudha village in Satna, were killed when an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle near Kheriya turn on the Amarpatan-Satna road late Monday night as they headed for a family event. Both died on the spot.
Mandla Accident
In Mandla, a speeding truck hit a motorcycle near Ghazipur toll plaza, killing two youths.
